Clay — Hand — Body — Mind
A two-day course at Paradisverkstaden, Öland
A weekend where the movement and stillness of the body can become the starting point for form.
Through yoga, mindfulness and sculptural work, we explore how presence can be translated into clay.
The course is led by Hannah, Moa & Eva Paradis (sketch and ceramics) along with yoga instructor Marie Thunberg.
During the weekend you get
— Explore how breathing and movement affect shape
— Create a sculpture inspired by yoga positions
— Switch between reflection and practical work
— Work closely with the material in a calm and focused environment
The course is suitable for both beginners and those with previous experience.
